 1) SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION AND PERIOD: Crystal Power & Light Company Tibetan Quartz Crystal Pendant Necklace Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts April 27, 2015 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends May 1, 2015 at 11:30 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

2) ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The officers, directors and employees of Crystal Power & Light Company (the "Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

3) HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. You can enter the Promotion through the Promotion application on the Facebook Platform. You can find the application on the Promotions tab on Crystal Power & Light Company page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/CrystalPowerandLight). You must complete and submit the entry form as instructed to be eligible. Note: This means that Crystal Power & Light Company will be collecting your email address, as well as your first and last names. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, entrants may become a fan of Crystal Power & Light Company page on Facebook and indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day. If any individual submits entries in excess of the disclosed maximum, by any means, including but not limited to establishing multiple email accounts, they will be disqualified from participation in this Sweepstakes. The name of the person submitting the Sweepstakes entry must be the authorized account holder of such email address, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrants. Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or Sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked. 4) RANDOM DRAWING FOR PRIZE: A random drawing to award the prize will be conducted on or about May 2, 2015 from among the top 10 eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted at the request of the Sponsor under the supervision of an independent judging organization (the “Promotion Administrator”) whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

5) WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The Prize will be awarded and the potential Prize winner will be notified via email between the hours of 9:00am. (PT) and 5:00 p.m. (PT) on May 2, 2015, at the email address provided at time of entry. A representative of the Promotion Administrator will email the potential Prize winner selected. If a potential Prize winner does not respond with a legitimate shipping address within 24 hours of the winner notification email sent by the Promotion Administrator, or if contact is made and the entrant refuses the prize offered, that individual will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The Administrator will continue to email potential Prize winners until a potential Prize winner responds via email with a legitimate shipping address and accepts the Prize. The potential winner will be required to execute and return by email an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 24 hours following receipt of same. Non-compliance with this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, then prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. 

6) PRIZE: One (1) Prize will be awarded: One (1) Tibetan Quartz Crystal Pendant Necklace shipped to winner, valued at up to $93 including shipping. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $72-$88. No other Prize will be awarded. Prize must be redeemed (accepted) by the winner by May 4, 2015. Prize cannot be combined with any other offer. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. All taxes and any other costs related to the prize not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be delivered by U.S. mail, UPS, or FedEx to winner’s residence or a location of Sponsor’s choice within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. No substitution or assignment, of the Prize will be permitted. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Prizes, including but not limited to taxes, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of prize winner. 

 7) GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is subject to the laws of the United States. Except as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of the Prize shall be offered and no transfer of the Prize to a third party is permitted. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. 

8) CONDUCT: By entering into this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules are accessible from (https://www.facebook.com/CrystalPowerandLight) throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (i) suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; (iii) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BYA USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE A WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

 9) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the participant’s or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials from the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the entrants or third parties. 

 10) WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, suppliers, printers, application developers, advertisers, promotional or judging agencies, from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) accessing the Sweepstakes page; (b) submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; © the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; (d) preparing for, participating in or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity; or (e) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been delivered. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of the Prize.

All such requests must be received by May 15th, 2015.
